The Records Division handles all Data Entry of Incident Reports and is responsible for submitting all statistical information to the State Law Enforcement Division. We currently have one Employee assigned to the Records Division. Her name is Deborah Sutton.  Ms. Sutton has been with the Department since 2009.  She can be reached at 864-962-0289 or by email at: Records@simpsonvillepd.com.  

A List of available services to the Public through our Records Division:

Local Criminal History Check: $6.00 Fee - After the submission of a Freedom of information form ( it can also be requested by calling the Records Division at 864-962-0289) citizens can receive a report of any convictions from the Simpsonville Police Department only.  For Statewide or Nationwide Criminal History Checks please call the State Law Enforcement Division (SLED) at 803-896-2019 or can be obtained through SLED’s web site.

Accident Reports: $15.00

Incident Reports: $15.00 (Victims of a Crime can receive the report free of charge but must pick them up at the Police Department)

Hours:

The Records Division is open Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00 pm, excluding holidays
